The search results obtained from ePlan should not be relied upon as representing the only District Plan provisions relating to the activity you wish to undertake on your property. The ePlan should not be used as a replacement for a Land Information Memorandum when undertaking due diligence on a property. - Whilst due care has been taken in providing this ePlan, search results returned by ePlan do not necessarily include all relevant District Plan provisions.
- Mapped information, including that supplied by third parties, is created at a specific point in time and should be considered illustrative and indicative only.
